[Scan-DC] UAL out of AAFB?

What you saw was probably the White House press charter.  It was scheduled 
to leave ADW about that time, advance of POTUS' trip to Asia.  (Listen for 
an AF1 departure around 2100 tonight).  I know the charter for this trip is 
a 747 and I suspect the charter company is UA.
