[Scan-DC] Rail road question.

My understanding is that the "antenna" for the 160.23 frequency (and 
probably others) is actually a trackside cable that runs the length of the 
right-of-way, hence the ease of reception around here.

160.23 is the frequency in use around here in Montgomery County (Rockville, 
Gaithersburg).  I think somebody mentioned this already but maybe this will 
clarify a little?
