[Scan-DC] New scanner programming?

Well. I personally would not buy a RS product. The Unidens are above and
beyond any RS. And the new Remote Head coming out soon.

I find that if I need a programming file Uniden is easier to get my hands
on.

But my 2 cents worth.

I have one of these, a PRO-96 from when they were first available. There
are some dated characterstics to mine, like 6D dispatch is labeled 'future
dispatch' and so on, but that would be easy to fix if one cared about it.
It does get talk groups that aren't labelled, but I don't know if it gets
every single one. Have to learn more about this at some point.
