[Scan-DC] New scanner programming?

Well he'd better had gotten a PRO96 or 2096; otherwise he's going to miss out on a lot of the digital stuff in the area. The V folders aside, I wouldn't doubt that there would be 1 or 2 list members - or someone on the RadioReference boards - that could do the job. Heck, we even have downloadable Win96 files on the CHM website.

Just don't let a RS employee do it (ask 'em if they know what P25 means, if not, give the offer a pass...)- most unfortunately won't know how to do it properly, nor even that Scancat Lite Plus - which is licensed to RS stores - doesn't fully support the PRO96 correctly.
