I tried sending this thru, didn't make it, so apologies if it appears twice...
Mike has PG county gotten 700 Mhz assignments as yet? If not, just that alone will take quite a while.
And as for a bandplan, is the plan shown here an APCO recommendation or official? There's even a FCC site devoted to 700 listed here...
