[Scan-DC] Milcom: DoD FLIPs going offline by Sunday

Just a quick reminder - as of this Sunday, the very useful DoD FLIPs
will be going offline - they will no longer be available for a free
download. I would imagine they can be bought- no doubt at a hefty
price tag.

Hopefully this isn't too much of a surprise, as it's been discussed in
numerous places. Get your AP1Bs, refueling maps ect. while you can.
