and 259.3. When Valdosta RAPCON's radar is out of service, AR627 is
not available. To ensureJacksonville Center/Valdosta APP CON computer
interface, all tankers and non-347th Wg receivers must file flight
plans to indicate delay at the TAY 306/45 regardless of direction of
entry.
