Frankly, I do not know how Radio Shack can get away with "showing a higher 
U.S. Postal Rates" and passing the rate charges on to the customer when the 
charges are not authorized by the U.S. Postal Commission. Oh Well.....when 
your CEO knows the President by first name....only the devil will know - 
that answer. Can't see where any addititional costs can be incurred when the 
APO may be just "down the street" from the shipping address or the mailing 
address of the item from their warehouse..........does not make very much 
common sense; now does it!
