This seller has always had a larger than normal fee for delivery, for at
least 15 years or so.
Be glad you are not some poor GI in APO land or you would like
your scanner delivered by Express Mail:
P.O. Box or APO/FPO delivery, are two times the continental United
States UPS ground rates.
Express Mail Service delivery is three times the continental United
States UPS ground rates.
USPS delivery must be a profit center for them.
