[Scan-DC] SAM 60403 at Patrick

Moments ago, at 4:10pm EDT (2010z), SAM 60403 landed at Patrick AFB. More  
than likely here is here as the backup to Air Force One for the POTUS visit  to 
south Florida. SAM 60403 has had this role here and at other bases on  
previous POTUS visits.
