Hey guys, it's not like these are some sort of uncontrolled flights into
BWI, they are US government Chartered Aircraft operated by carriers that
usually support the USAF Air Mobility Command, Omni Air and American Trans
Air - Why would they need any sort of special escort?
BWI Fire apparently is heavily enganged in supporting the incoming flights,
and have set up "E Pier Command" and they're up using their TAC channels on
the Anne Arundel County Trunked systems. AACO Mutual Aid units are manning
the BWI Station.
Looking at FlightAware, "American Trans Air" Flight 6203 a 757 arrived at
BWI at around 2pm from Gander, so that's probably one of the evacuee
flights.

Hmmm, hadn't thought about that possibility. My brother is coming in to BWI
early this evening (from AZ, not from Lebanon!), will be interesting to see
how he fares, because I think a refugee plane is due in not long before he
is... I'll letcha know what he has to say.
