[Scan-DC] MCOG Zones

[MTC Communications]

I think I have the original MCOG Plan which the consultant to Fairfax prepared.   I sure
it varies depending on where your list is correct except in the WMA area for  
Montgomery County  #8 is PG County.  #9 in Montgomery is now Frederick.  They have run
out of numbers and are going to some letter such as HO is Howard and CA is Carroll.  MA 
or 01 is mutual aid. This will get more confusing in time.
