[Scan-DC] COG Radio Assignments

Well, guys, it really depends upon what system you're using. Though my list
is a little old, Montgomery County Fire Rescue radios are petty much set up
this way:

0: DC
1: Arlington
2: Not used
3: Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority
4: Fairfax
5: PG
6: Loudoun
7, 8, 9: Montgomery (7 is the primary zone, 8 is occasionally used as an
overflow, 9 is used for hospital consults via EMRC and for major EMS
incidents)
10: Hospital notifications. (Each hospital in the county has its own TG
group + WHC, Medstar, Childrens, Sibley, GW, GT, and Inova).
11: Major incidents (TGs include Command, Safety, PIO, Plans, etc).
12: Coordination. (TGs to contact other agencies).
13: COG
14: Howard
15: Frederick
16: Carroll
17: Admin. (Mostly used at the training academy).
18: MCPD TGs (listen-only).

I understand MCFRS is in the process of getting some changes which will
allow portable radios to operate through repeaters in some command
vehicles...similar to what Maryland State Police can do.
