[Scan-DC] DC-ANG "BULLYs" departing Avon Park (R-2901)

It is Thurs, 12:20pm EDT (1620z).
  BULLY 11 flight, a four-ship flight of DC-ANG F-16s has been working  at 
Avon Park Bombing Range, and are now departing to return to MacDill AFB,  their 
TDY station.
  They are now switching from Avon Park's 292.2 to Miami Ctr's  349.0.
  They used 139.15 for air-air at the Range, then switched to  143.15 which 
they IDd as Victor 7.
