[Scan-DC] Cessna flying circles

   I recall reading some posts here about a Cessna going around in 
circles above Alexandria, and possibly elsewhere in the area over some 
little period of time.

   I have determined, and possibly erroneously, though I doubt it, that 
it is a Cessna R182, N11130, registered to a corporation out of 
Delaware.  I have the photos.

   What is it doing?  Who knows.
