While there isn't a entry for Red Top Cab Company in the FCC Database, There
is an entry that matches their business address of 1200 N Hudson St,
Arlington, VA.  "Arlington Yellow Cab Company" is doing business at that
address and has a License for Call sign KIA639 and Frequencies 452.4 and
457.4.   The phone number for the license (703)525-0900 also matches up to
"Red Top" In a couple of internet searches...

Might be worth checking out..

I came across frequencies for Red Top in other states but not the DC
Metro area..

Could anyone enlighten me as to current taxi freqs in the DC area and
possibly their mobile data terminals?
