[Scan-DC] Red Top Cab Company Frequencies and other taxi freqs

I was in a Red Top Cab today and they had a Motorola MaxTrac UHF
400MHz series which I think was 2 channel. I'm trying to find out more
info such as the frequency which I can't find anywhere. I searched the
FCC dB and extensively searched google. I came across the following

I came across frequencies for Red Top in other states but not the DC
Metro area..

Could anyone enlighten me as to current taxi freqs in the DC area and
possibly their mobile data terminals?
