[Scan-DC] Weekend Combat Air Patrol

I saw the info on this weekends cap and a few minutes ago brought up flight aware on my browser and logged in for the Hagerstown Airport (KHGR).  at 12:30 and 1:30 today, they have two Lockheed P-3 Orions scheduled to land.  Both en-route from Corpus Christi Texas and registered to the US Customs Service.

I know that Bush Sr. and his family and friends arrive at Hagerstown and are transported via limo by the secret service to Camp D, but I have never heard any local police activity when that occurs.  Maybe someone in that area could scan the federal frequencies over the weekend to see if there is anything in the clear.  Custom's freq's perhaps?
