Was in the local nx paper here,Md. Independent,how Charles County had to 
spend more $$,after millions already spent, so's Motorola can "fix dead 
spots" in the new system.

  I wonder if ANY "new" radio system from Motorola has ever come in 
on,forget under,budget?
