[Scan-DC] Aircraft leaving Fredericksburg to Martin State

Hello everyone,
 
By any chance was anyone monitoring AirCare Communications (462.975) this past Monday in the morning hours?  I heard an aircraft call and say they were clear of Shannon Airport and en route to Martin State, 42 min ETE.  Later I heard the aircraft in question be id'ed as Uniform Mike and the pilot said what I thought was 402UM.  402UM is unregistered in the FAA database.  Perhaps I did not hear the correct number?  Did anyone catch it by chance?  Thanks in advance.
