[Scan-DC] Cable TV Intereference - can better cabling help?

Are you sure it is video signals that are interfering rather
than digital noise from the new devices?  Try unplugging
all of them, see if the noise goes away and power them up
one at a time.  Try powering the devices on individually
with now cables attached also.
