[Scan-DC] The NEST nuke chopper

Andrew the only callsign I've heard several times flying with ZDC 
controllers and landing at Andrews was WHAMO 51 which carries a NEST ID 
in my callsign database. I have no idea from the traffic though of the 
aircraft type.
