[Scan-DC] The NEST nuke chopper

You know, when I first saw it was like "wow, that's scary."  Then it 
was like "they must be around here training."  Now I'm wondering "are 
they based here full time?"

The NEST helicopter with the two pods on the sides is now a regular 
visitor past my house, probably two or three times a week heading out 
over the Bay flying over ships.   Is this a "regular" patrol they've 
started--intercepting vessels coming up the Bay to Baltimore (they 
only get about 10% of the ships I'll tell you).

  Is anyone catching any comm traffic?  I'm not sure if it is still 
NEST given all the acronym reshuffling with Homeland Security.
