[Scan-DC] Lojack hits in the Springfield Mall area

Fairfax-1 is reporting Lojack hits coming from a 4-door BMW stolen 
yesterday.  Maybe somebody is closest enough to hear it themselves, 173.075. 
Could also be some interesting activity on the Franconia channels of the 
Fairfax TRS .  Fairfax-1 was asking if any state units were in the area. 
The VSP dispatcher didn't think any of their cars were equipped to track it.
