Two "Blackhawk-type" helos were circling over Alexandria around ten or
eleven this morning. Didn't have glasses on; can't provide more accurate
description. WTOP says to expect this sort of stuff. 

Hmmmm - all high level admin officials are out of the country, are they
not?
