[Scan-DC] Interesting Catch

In the late 1100 hour (EDT) on 123.45 MHz I caught a couple of 
native-speaking Hebrew pilots, one of them named Etan.  They were probably in light aircraft 
as they made mention several times of Frederick--probably the airport at 
Frederick, Maryland.

Evidently someone (not heard) questioned Etan about speaking Hebrew. He told 
the unheard party (in accented English) that this was an international 
frequency and they could use any language they wanted to.  He said that Hebrew was 
one of the languages they used.

They must've wanted to some privacy because Etan told the other pilot to 
switch to  UNICOM.
