[Scan-DC] SkyStat EMS Helicopter

   I don't recall those two medical centers having a helipad.  Even if
they wanted to install one I don't know where it would be.  Things are
well developed in their areas plus the ch. 23 TV monster tower is too
close for comfort when flying around the Chippenham area.
