[Scan-DC] SkyStat EMS Helicopter

This is a follow up from some  posts about mid-month (May).

Sitting on the tarmac at Chesterfield Airport, rotor tied down, is an
EC 135 P2 Eurocopter, N303PH owned by Bank of America Leasing
and Petroleum Helicopters. Markings on the heli are PHi Air Medical,
CJW Medical Center, Chippenham & Johnson Willis (hospitals). Don't
know how long the heli has been there, today it is on the apron at the 
Civil Air Patrol hangar. 
I believe operation is to begin on or about June 1st.
