[Scan-DC] F-16s over DC

[Alan Coccio]

DC-ANG on 139.15 working with Huntress (NORAD) and OMAHA (Customs) 
trying to steer this private plane who was supposed to be heading for NC 
away from this area. Traffic also on Customs freq 165.2375.
