[Scan-DC] F-16s over DC

Spotted armed F-16s manoeuvring, and a small high-wing aircraft, over Great Falls. Plus a hovering helo over Langley/CIA/American Legion Bridge. 

The small aircraft was heading directly away from DC, on a heading of approx 330degrees. Up the river. 

The helo may have been in a holding pattern till the unidentified aircraft was dealt with.
