[Scan-DC] new Andrews 380 Mhz DoD system?

  While cleaning out some old emails, I got a note (Kev Eiler?) that Andrews was supposed to get a 380 Mhz DoD trunk system installed this month. Folks living in PG county near Andrews should keep an ear out....
