[Scan-DC] new Blue Angels ground freqs

If you've been following the various reports on Milcom, the aircraft
forum at RR, ect., you will have noticed that the ground crews for the
BA have evidently started using the 138-144 mhz band, 12.5 khz splits
in FM mode. The 2 freqs most reported, at least so far, are;

139.8125
142.6125

It might pay, if you're close enough to the staging area (where they
stage when they do the flyover during Commencement I don't know -
Andrews? PAX?) to search this band; remember to reset your step and mode.
