Helicopters are based at the following locations:

T1 - Baltimore (Strawberry Point)
T2 - Forestville (apparently at Andrews AFB, which I didn't know!)
T3 - Frederick
T4 - Salisbury
T5 - Cumberland (airport actually in West VA?)
T6 - Centreville
T7 - Southern MD (California)
T8 - Norwood (Montgomery County)

Also, if Ron will permit a small (all right, actually a hair-splitting!) 
correction, it's SysCom.  :)
