[Scan-DC] Local HF ALE Net

Wow!  That explains it!
I used to live in Frederick, MD.  The Washington Gas
and Light building is on the north end of town.  If
you north on Market and continue until it turns back
in to MD-355, the building is on the right hand side.
The have a fairly long, HF center fed dipole strung up
across their roof.
I wondered why the gas company would have an HF
antenna on their roof.
