[Scan-DC] Local HF ALE Net

Just passing on some info in case some of you like to play around in the HF 
world. I've been "playing" with the HF ALE for about 2 years now. I have to 
admit to having become an ALE addict. 

One of the nets I've been able to monitor is locally based. It is used by the 
Washington Gas & Light Company and it's subsidiaries. It's apparently some 
sort of emergency back up or contingency net. I've never heard any voice on it, 
just ALE "handshakes".
