[Scan-DC] more CAP and training

As I expected, I heard Mussell03/Nighthawk leaving Mt. Weather and I just
saw a flight of two heading east on the same track.  This time the helos
sounded more like CH-46s, a more likely choice for transporting VIPs. One of
these days it will be light out/daytime.  The track they fly appears to be
about a mile south of the standard helo route for this area.  Medivacs
always fly directly over my house, as in I can't even them looking out my
windows, front or rear.
