[Scan-DC] more CAP and training

To add to tonight's activity,

Prior to my other reports I heard some brief comms from "Renegade" on 228.9.
I thought someone else might also report this, guess not.  My callsign list
shows
Renegade as a valid c/s for F-14s from USN VF-24 in Miramar, CA.

During the 1900 hour I heard Mussell03 on 292.2, then 241.0 approaching
Mt.Weather/Bluegrass Tower.  Mussell04 would be RTB and there was one other
helo active on the pad-these two likely made up the Nighthawk55 flight.

After that a band search turned up 349.4 which is inbound flights, probably
heading to Andrews.

There were some funny comms on the HF freq too.

On 121.5 Washington Center was getting really wound up over NASA962,
whatever that is.  I've never heard so many attempts to make contact. I was
just waiting for some fighters to be sent their way.

I also copied the refueling on 311.0.  324.0 was also active about the same
time.
