[Scan-DC] State of the Union

The SOTU promises interesting listening tonight.

Has anybody seen the humvees with Secret Service logos?  Seems they
have both a mobile and fixed version with discone antenna (used at
both conventions and the inauguration at the Capitol).  They
apparently jam or interfere with freqs in the lower 400 MHz band and
others.  Any one have pictures or more details?
