Any ideas what the Base frequencies is for a TRS like this?

Also, how did you get your Pro-96 to tune in 385.3125? My Pro95
doesn't allow me to program in a step size smaller than 25khz in the
380Mhz band.

I just started hearing an 380Mhz TRS here in the Los Angeles, CA area
today. The control channel is on 385.0125, but I can get my Pro96 to
tune to the frequency. My Pro96 keeps rounding it up to 385.0150.
