[Scan-DC] New P25 control channel found in 380MHz band

Besides the WRAMC true P25 system there is a new one up on the air now in
the 380MHz band. I've just been monitoring the P25 control channel with the
PRO-96 and Pro96com. So far this is what activity there has been;

385.3125 Control
385.2125
385.9125
386.2000
386.5000
386.8000

TG's 2-3
