[Scan-DC] NYFD radio comms recorded in fatal fire

As you may have heard, three firefighters in NY died in the line of 
duty this weekend.  Two in once incident were part of a six man team 
that jumped straight through a window on the fourth floor of a 
building to escape a fire (the four others are seriously injured).

I noticed this while scouring the net this morning:

"...The firefighters sent desperate calls for help, which were 
captured on an experimental radio taping system."

Haven't heard much about this new system (though I thought they 
recorded everything anyway--maybe this is a fireground tape?).
