I hope this is some use to the group.  I don't have recording capabilities yet, so these notes are from my scribbling and memory. Both of which have seen better days.  I had three Bearcats searching the bands: 138~144, 250~275, and 300~320.  I would try to write down what was said as the radio went active.  As you can guess, it was a hit and miss operation.  I did a quick look thru The Capitol Hill Monitor listing to try to remove any duplicates and freqs that are already known.  
On a special note, I'm now pretty positive that 318.9000 is used by the Chinooks flying over my house headed to/from Ft A.P. Hill.  Not sure yet where they are from.
 I wasn't sure if I should copy over all that I have heard over the last few days or just the "new" stuff.  I opted for the shorter list this time.  (It was quicker.)
