[Scan-DC] more Inaug milair

  I've noted Huntress (228.9) on several occasions this afternoon.  I haven't seen that freq reported in a bit.  Also there's been some refueling traffic on 303.0
  Interestingly, there was one xsmn on 138.25 where someone mentioned going to 256.8.  I entered that freq into my scan list, but came up empty.

  Speaking of empty, there's been remarkably little traffic mentioning the Inauguration on the Potomac/BWI freqs; I'm too far away from Reagan and Dulles to see if that was the case there. I've been checking both the milair and civilian Potomac/BWI freqs, and they're just as busy as they usually are, with only a mention here and there of the event.
