  These "insights" came at a good time as I was hearing the same thing on 
260.9 about the unwanted on/off surveillance/tracking
glitch's & wondered about it & how serious or wide-spread it was.

  Look's like the touted inter-agency communication need's abit more 
work.I'm surprised at the amount of comm problems on such an important 
event such as the Pres Inauguration.

  However the fact that,so far,nothing *bad* has happened is a good example 
of cooperation between the many different departments involved.

At the end of the day that's what counts.
