[Scan-DC] Notes for Thursday's Inauguration

455.85 is supposed to be the IFB for NBC's NYC director.  It promises
to offer interesting behind-the-scenes listening.

We may hear more radio IFB circuits on the media channels this time
since Verizon was still struggling to hook all of the requested lines
up by Thursday.

DC Fire/EMS has implemented a new talkgroup plan with its new
XTS5000's.  Seems they have several talkgroups that have been assigned
to this event that are not from the special events groups.

MPD continued to pick up visiting officers at the airports on
Wednesday using Special-Events-1.  Seems like quite a few from all
over the country.

Had a fair amount of related chatter on the Belvoir trunked system on
Wednesday as well.

164.175 seems to have several users, other than the White House
notification system.  One is the Ag Center in Beltsville, somebody in
Virginia near Merrifield, and an Astro user in the District.
