HIGHLIGHTS:

Low celings and light, blowing snow kept local flying slow.

Lots of Inauguration fly-by aircraft in the late afternoon, but at 1605 EST 
Potomac announced to all participating aircraft that the fly-by was cancelled 
due to wx.

Norfolk.

4. Aberdeen Proving Grounds: Weide AAF tower (126.2/241.0); Base Ops (229.4) &
 Phillips AAF tower (126.15/241.0); Base Ops (229.6).

PAT 176 (probable C-12)- land at Phillips AAF (126.15).

6. MISCELLANEOUS:

Dragnet (E-3B AWACS, Tinker AFB) on AICC (364.2) w/Stargate (E-8 JSTARS 
Robins AFB-not heard). Dragnet advises Stargate that they are currently not in the 
Timber net but that when they do they will be on the Hampton Roads link. 
Stargate is to contact Franchise (probable East Coast TACAMO) on 291.2 for 
authorization to enter net. If no contact on 291.2 Dragnet advises they will go secure 
on 364.2 in order to pass the HF freqs.
Ramrod 51 & 52 (F-15s, Seymour-Johnson)- on discrete (288.35) entering on to 
DC CAP duty. Also w/Huntress (260.9 & 324.0). 
Drago 71 flight (4 X Inauguration fly-by aircraft)- w/Potomac (124.0) for 
clearance to Oceana NAS.
Drago 41 flight (4 X Inauguration fly-by aircraft)- w/Potomac (270.275). 
Drago 81 flight (Inauguration fly-by aircraft)- w/ZDC (281.4)
Drago 61 flight (5 X Inauguration fly-by aircraft)-w/Potomac (124.0) 
w/clearance to MCAS Cherry Point.
