[Scan-DC] Practice flyover

  If the practice flyover is taking place as I write this (12:02), here's what has been noted so far...

127.275  chit chat, usually this freq is DC ANG
139.9    new callsign 'Trigger 32' reporting fuel flow problems, some other comms here.  SOF called here, so might be new ANG SOF freq
303.0    midair refuel also talking about fuel pump problems, going lower seemed to solve it
351.8    a few checkins reading off altitudes and wx; DC ANG SOF listed

  Some other weaker comms noted, but unsure if they were related to this exercise, on 358.85 (Langley, Banyon calls noted in the past here).
