[Scan-DC] News organization feed frequencies

    That's just the last in a series of changeovers that have taken place  
on the MPDC network. As you know, MPD went digital last year. Being in a  
city with many other police organizations MPD wanted to have the ability  
to have officer communicate with them. The radios have the ability to  
utilize a radio bridge and set up communication in special situations.  
There are also some outside jurisdictions included in this package. This  
switch over was concluded with this changing of green/yellow.
