  Looking over the 2001 Inaug issue on the CHM website, you can't help but wonder at the number of agencies and organizations that are going to be involved now; but a question popped up while I watched WJLA last nite talking about bringing in cops from other jurisdictions; if they all end up using their own 'home' frequency (for lack of a better word), interop goes right out the window. Will the RINS and/or ICALL frequencies get pressed into service?  It would seem a natural, at least for those jurisdictions (such as Montgomery county) that are already on 800.
  Just food for thought.
