All,

There was some BCP air activity in the Wash DC area this morning in the 0900 
hour.  It may be associated with the preparations for the Inauguration 
activities.

165.2375 (PL 100)- Omaha 3 (probable UH-60, Border & Customs Patrol)- w/Thor 
(Wash area Control) in radio checks. Then w/Crab Shack (probable Baltimore 
area Control) advising they have no contact w/Zoom Control (unidentified). Wants 
Crab Shack to contact Zoom Control via landline to relay that they are the 
initial point and will commence their test runs.

260.9- Omaha 01 (probable Citation 550) in radio checks w/Zoom Control. This 
is a Wash DC area Combat Air Patrol freq. Later, Omaha 01was on 228.9 
(CAP.Huntress freq) try to contact Zoom Control "in the clear." Omaha 01 also appeared 
to be doing some sort of testing--staying in an area 40 nms from Reagan 
National for about 1 hour. Omaha 01 RTB'd to Reagan at 0940 EST.
